SUBOR PIPES preferred in Konya OSB 5th Storm Water Line Project.
Within the scope of the expansion of Turkey's leading production center, Konya's existing Organized Industrial Zone, infrastructure services tender was issued for new areas to be in service. A contract was signed between the contractor company and SUBOR for the supply of 6.160 m. DN 2400 mm to DN 4000 mm GRP pipes to be used in "Konya Organized Industrial Zone 5th Region Expansion Area Wastewater Network, Rainwater Network and Road Infrastructure Project Rain Water Line" and in accordance the production began.
High-strength GRP pipes were preferred in the project due to difficult installation conditions such as the irregular rainfall regime in the region, 12 m excavation depths, and silt and clay content of the natural ground.
